THE KOZY CAFE

We rent out our Kozy Cafe area (seats up to 45 people), which can be rented for baby showers, small weddings, birthday parties, musical events, meetings, training, etc. 

 


RENTAL PRICING:  $85 per hour

$170 for -2hrs, $340 for -4hrs, $510 for -6hrs

THE FLEX ROOM

We rent out our "FLEX ROOM" (seats up to 26 people), which can be rented for small events and meetings/trainings, etc. 

 


RENTAL PRICING:  $50 per hour

$100 for -2hrs, $200 for -4hrs, $300 for -6hrs

the multi purpose room

Multi-Purpose room which is available for;  weddings, baby showers, church services, presentations, meetings, programs & seminars etc
(up to 90) people (available for rent Thur - Fri - 7pm to 10pm and Saturdays 8AM to 10pm).

PRICING: $110 per hour
$220 for -2hrs, $440 for - 4hrs, $660 for - 6hrs

Event Space Rental RULES AND INFO

 

* Rates include tables, chairs, and use of the kitchen.

 

* Seating Capacity per room:  Sanctuary seats up to 95 people comfortably, The Kozy Café seats up to 45 people comfortably, and our FLEX Room seats 26 people comfortably. We also have office space and mailbox rentals available.
 

*Decorating is fine, however (you can not decorate with nails,  push pins or duck tape)
*We provide an on-site monitor during the whole event
* We work with a Event Planning Company that can decorate & provide catering if needed​

*Parking available!

* Lowest rates, great service!



Additional Information

*A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, then 2 weeks before the event, the balance is due.
 
OUR CENTER CLOSES AT 10:30 PM.  ALL EVENTS MUST BE OVER AT 10:00 PM SO THAT YOU CAN CLEANUP AND BE OUT BY 10:30 PM. THANK YOU.
 
* $100 security deposit due on the day of the event (check or cash).  It is returned immediately after the cleanup as long as the room is returned to its original condition (no damage).
 
* Because we are a Faith-based business, we are not able to accommodate festivities that will serve alcohol, smoke, or play profane music.
